About the Role:
The Agency Relationships Manager’s primarily responsibility is to foster new relationships and partnerships whilst continuing to nurture existing relationships through proactive relationship management. The role is also pivotal in supporting the growth of agencies relationships, agency capacity and expand the reach of Foodbank WA across metro and regional locations through the development of new partnerships and relationships, including but not limited to developing and assisting regional mobile networks in Pinjarra, Dwellingup and Northam.
Through the development and maintenance of an extensive external network, this role is critical in promoting the purpose and mission of Foodbank WA and raising awareness of the possible support available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing strategic partnerships with NFP agencies, churches across metro and regional locations around WA to develop further awareness
* Supporting of the Mobile service enabling the agencies to refer their clients to Foodbank
* Creating, maintaining and fostering strong working relationships with agencies, not for profits, councils and a range of community stakeholders;
* Scoping new locations for the Mobile service using the WACOSS Food Stress Index, agency feedback, knowledge of local councils, working with our volunteer Mobile drivers to develop new locations for the Mobile service;
* Identifying opportunities to work more closely with the Councils to ensure operational requirements for new locations for mobile services are met
* Working closely with the Food Sourcing Team and Logistics Team to share client insights, ensure fulfilment of orders and or understand availability issues
* Proactively identifying food stress across the Agency/Client network, working collaboratively with the Food Logistics & Network Team to ensure we best meet the needs of the organisations Agency/Client Network
* Assessing new locations for Foodbank WA’s mobile services, reviewing site access and suitability
Job Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will have the following:
* At least three years’ experience in a similar role within the Charity sector
* Demonstrated and significant account management and customer service experience
* Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Strong project and time management skills
* Ability to adapt to varying work demands
* Positive and friendly attitude
* Strong customer service focus and commitment
* High level organisational, administrative, and financial management skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills
Additional Requirements:
If successful for the position, be willing to obtain and provide:
* Australian Citizen/ Permanent Resident with valid Australian working rights
* Current and valid WA Drivers' License
* National Police clearance
* Medical assessment of current health
