We are a driven engineers in the Fraud Technology team as part of the Group Security BU. We are accountable for the development, implementation and ongoing leadership of the Group’s Fraud technology platform fighting against fraudulent and scamming activities.
Our purpose is to support our Group’s business, Group Fraud Management Services in providing world class fraud prevention and detection to safeguard CBA and our customers. Some of the technologies we use include Ab Initio, SAS, Pega Case Management, Oracle and Java.
As a Chapter Lead Fraud and Scam Case Management you’ll be hands-on with solution design and delivery, whilst leading a medium sized team of Engineers / Engineering Managers. Driving strategy, world leading engineering best practices and providing guidance with complex technical problems. You’ll be a confident decision maker, supporting and enabling your team and setting career development plans.
We’re interested in hearing from people who
* Are inspirational engineering team leaders
* Have experience in hands-on and leading a team to deliver large scale Pegasus end-to-end business flow applications dealing with high throughput requests, modern and fast UI experience to users.
* Role model a culture of engineering empowerment, autonomy, psychological safety and constructive challenge.
* Facilitate proactive dialogue with senior management and key stakeholders to remove blockers.
* Are experienced in workforce planning, attracting, developing and motivating engineering talent.
* Provide coaching, peer to peer learning and mentoring for their engineers
Skills
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;
* Certified Pega Lead System Architect recommended
* Pega Case Management 8.x+
* Pega RESTful Services and consuming RESTful services as clients
* Pega cloud application performance tuning
* Experience with Database design and tuning is highly desirable (DBs like Oracle or PostgreSQL)
* Pega application CI/CD pipelines
* Pega BIX extractions
* Pega integration with streaming applications for data ingress and egress
* Scripting languages: Bash, KSH or Python
* Linux and Pega Cloud environments.
