In this highly rewarding role, you will drive strategic growth, lead the successful delivery of multi-residential projects, and ensure operational excellence. This role is integral to aligning project outcomes and maintaining a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:Execute the multi-residential strategy including the identification of growth opportunities and market trendsFoster relationships with key stakeholders, including developers and government entitiesActively identify and pursue new business opportunities with key clients and developersConduct high-level negotiations, address complex project needs, and provide expert advice to ensure exceptional customer experiences at all stages of the project lifecycleTake ownership of financial performance for multi projects, regularly reviewing and comparing estimates against actuals to enhance operational metricsEnsure proper resource planning and allocation across projects and sales, fostering collaboration and sharing of resources to ensure operational objectives are achievedBuild an effective team culture that promotes organizational goals, encourages collaboration, and strengthens relationships with Service Leaders for seamless operationsChampion a culture of safety across all project sites, ensuring adherence to workplace health and safety standardsAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
