About the Role
As the IT Governance and Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our IT team by coordinating governance tasks, ensuring that QLeave's IT policies, procedures, and risk controls align with industry best practices and legislative requirements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to QLeave's broader risk management framework and to ensure exceptional governance standards across the organisation.
Your Responsibilities:
* Co-develop, document, and periodically review IT policies and procedures
* Coordinate contributions from multiple authors to create clear, concise documentation
* Foster collaborative relationships and engage in negotiations to support decision-making
* Contribute to organisational risk management and audit activities
* Analyse and interpret legislative documents and research to inform IT policy decisions
* Manage competing priorities effectively and deliver outcomes on time while maintaining governance compliance

What We're Looking For
