Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for qualifying our value proposition to prospective customers through outbound activities. Our clients are small to mid-size companies across the ANZ region, and we're looking for someone to focus on the mid-market to drive sales and customer growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive new business growth.
* Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify new prospects, generate leads, and create sales opportunities.
* Identify and prospect potential customers, initiate contact, and build relationships via email, phone, and social media channels.
* Presentation of the value proposition using a consultative sales approach.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and target markets.
* Collaborate with other sales team members to develop and execute sales proposals and presentations.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A proven track record of success in generating leads, developing new business relationships, and closing deals in the SaaS space.
* An understanding of the home healthcare market and its trends.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
