The Service Leading Hand will lead and motivate a team of service technicians, ensuring efficient workflow by allocating and prioritising tasks.
This role involves providing guidance and support during jobs, monitoring progress to meet deadlines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
The Service Leading Hand will maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction while assisting in training and mentoring junior staff.
Additionally, they will manage service equipment and tools, liaise with management on project requirements and progress, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed to ensure smooth operations and successful project completion.
You will also assist in the Manufacturing department to gain product knowledge and understand the required quality for servicing customers.
