About the role Our Customer Service Officer role focuses on providing comprehensive internal sales and high-level customer service support to internal and external customers for CSR's Interior Systems products across QLD. This position will be full time, Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm working with a highly collaborative team. Answer and respond to inbound phone calls regarding product availability, delivery times, quotes, general/first level technical product information, samples, and other general enquiries. Manage and maintain internal email mailbox's. Process orders and quotes into SAP ensuring details are correct and accurate. Process returns and investigate credits and action as appropriate. Provide regular updates to the Customer Service Manager on stock availability, stock quality and service issues. Seek to respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in an appropriate and timely manner. What you bring to the role Previous experience within a Customer Service position Process orientated and is driven to deliver exceptional customer service Strong numeracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail Strong communication skills, with the ability to present both internally and to external customers Proficient IT skills SAP experience – not essential Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines Excellent time management (multi-tasking skills, prioritising).
