About the roleWe are looking for people to join our Shepparton team as Support Workers in the community. Part-time positions are currently available to work with the community care team.As a Support Worker, you will be supporting people with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, assistance in the community, and being a companion. You will also:Support clients with personal cares, assistance with mobility, and prompting with medication.Support clients to achieve their goals and make choices in partnership with other support networks.Promote customer choice, positive routines, and activities ensuring they are meaningful to the customer.We have clients living at home in Shepparton, Mooroopna, Tatura, and surrounding suburbs.
