Neptune Refrigeration & Air Conditioning are looking for an expert at multi-tasking across various areas who enjoys the variety of performing a broad range of duties to fill our role as Business Administration Manager to assist in the ongoing growth of our business and team.

If you have experience in administration and office management and are looking for a change of pace, this might be the role for you.
The successful candidate will have:
* 5 years experience in similar roles (preferred)
* Minimum 12 months experience with Xero (required)
* Simpro experience (preferred but not required)
* Certificate III in Business Administration or higher or Cert IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting (preferred but not required)
* Be willing to develop and learn with the role
* Have exceptional communication skills
* Be results/solution oriented
* An ability to prioritise multiple tasks and self-manage
* Strong initiative and time management
The Role
This is a critical role within our business which involves facilitating operational efficiency & systemisation.
Roles and Responsibilities including but not limited to:
* Phones, Reception and Customer Service
* Timesheets & Payroll
* Managing office and supplies
* Accounts Receivable and Payable
* HR and WHS support to the owner
* Project and Contract Administration
* Support for field team and operations
* Assist in marketing and social media
* Process and systemisation
* Training and upskilling for other Administration team
We are happy to consider the possibility of Part Time hours to make the position suitable for parents with school aged children.
