The Role
As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the office.
* Manage incoming calls, transfer them to the appropriate parties, take messages, and maintain accurate staff directories.
* Greet clients, ensure their comfort in the reception area, and manage visitor sign-ins and logs.
* Coordinate catering for meetings, liaise with suppliers, and support Sydney office functions and events.
* Set up and clear meeting rooms, manage room bookings, and monitor usage to ensure efficiency.
* Handle deliveries and courier bookings, including liaising with courier companies and managing interstate and overseas shipments.
* Liaise with the National Administration Manager on building management issues, maintenance, and equipment deliveries.
* Assist with various projects and tasks as required by the National Administration Manager and other management.
About You
To qualify for this role, you will need:
* Over a year of practical experience as a career Legal Receptionist.
* Proficiently organized when handling multiple tasks.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities, interacting with clients and collaborating with legal teams.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management, taking ownership of responsibilities.
