Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectations.
* Ensure guests are greeted by name upon calling as per Rixos standards.
* Ensure telephone lists are continually updated.
* Maintain the guest wake-up call sheet and deliver calls accordingly on time and to the established standard.
* Ensure the proper operation of the switchboard, resulting in fast and efficient transferring of internal and external calls.
* Handle guests' requests for DND (Do Not Disturb) and confidential status.
* Ensure all equipment is in good condition and maintain general condition.
* Provide information on import and export business and trading to guests as requested.
* Ensure all external and internal calls are answered as laid out in the procedure and ensure efficient connection with the correct person.
* Be aware at all times of the management schedules and contact details.
* Attend training classes as per schedule.
* Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
* Achieve Quality Audit result of 95% and above through consistent documented training.
* Achieve the highest Guest Satisfaction measured by TRUST YOU platform.
* Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
Qualifications:
* University degree in any field.
* Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
