The Indus Indian Restaurant pty ltd at 2/2, Hastings Street, Noosa Heads, 4567 T/a Kaali Gourmet Indian Restaurant is hiring an Experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Candidate needs to be an experienced, energetic, and motivated restaurant manager with good work ethics, high personal standards, and people skills to manage a fast-paced quick service restaurant. The successful candidate would be instrumental in leading a talented team towards creating repeat visits through great customer satisfaction.
Your job will be hands-on and will require performance, planning, and following the guidelines set out by the employer. The ideal candidate is expected to display a proven track record of leading by example in a similar role in the past.
You will be responsible for complete management of the restaurant with a focus on operational compliance, customer service, staff management, productivity, and growth. You would always have a positively mentored environment to keep the business profitable.
Key aspects to the role:
1. Stock purchase and inventory management.
2. Understanding aspects of restaurant profitability in order to bring about improvements.
3. Efficient in-store customer service and speedy handling of online orders.
4. Recruitment, training, rostering, and motivating staff.
5. Compliance with council and other regulatory bodies.
6. Weekly reporting and handling paperwork related to time sheets, wages, inventory management, and restaurant profitability.
7. Working towards achievement of KPIs.
8. Supervision of tasks and follow-up on tasks and operational performance.
9. Cash management & banking.
10. Implementing change where and when necessary.
11. Help maintain a positive morale and an enjoyable working environment.

Salary: Minimum of $73,500 per year.
