Job Description THE ROLE Lead the Commercial Credit team to achieving quantitative and qualitative targets within agreed SLAs. Monitor and track quality of the live credit applications to ensure that the decisions made are within policy, delegation and expectations. Develop coaching and upskilling training sessions for commercial credit analysts using the quality data collected. Monitor quality of the conversations conducted by credit team with external partners. Manage and improve the Complex Credit Assessment process. Build and improve relationships with key business stakeholders. Address complex commercial credit scenarios. Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure a smooth process and high standard of customer experience, from loan submission to formal approval. THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH… Commercial or Business Bank Credit Experience. Previous experience with delegation authority is essential. Managerial experience is a must. Experience in auditing credit decisions and quality is preferred. Demonstrated initiative, drive, enthusiasm, and a team player. Excellent organisational and time management skills. High attention to detail. Ability to work well with other people and build good relationships.
