Advanced Clinical Practitioner
We are seeking experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioners to join our Urgent Care division.
As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will be part of a multi-professional team, supporting the assessment and treatment of patients in our Urgent Treatment Centres.
You will work autonomously, using your advanced clinical practice skills and clinical judgment to diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients.
The role will involve face-to-face consultations, supported by a variable rota covering weekdays, evenings, overnight, weekends and bank holidays.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading the clinical teams on shifts
* Conducting consultations with patients, taking comprehensive histories, performing physical examinations and using expert knowledge to identify potential diagnoses
* Deciding on and implementing treatment, including prescribing medication or referring patients to specialist services
* Providing clinical advice and mentorship to junior clinical staff
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Registration as a Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist
* A Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)
* Evidence of completion of study in minor illness
* Status as an Independent Prescriber
* Evidence of study in minor injury or willingness to develop these skills
* Evidence of study in paediatric minor illness or willingness to develop these skills
* Evidence of study in paediatric minor injury or willingness to develop these skills
