As Senior Field Officer, you will:
• provide leadership, support and advice to industry partners, client groups and stakeholders on the regional programs and services administered by the department across the employment, small business, and training areas; and
• participate in a multidisciplinary team environment and support, manage, and supervise staff or operate independently, as per operational requirements, adopting a whole-of-DESBT approach to service delivery.
• The Senior Field Officer reports to the Principal Program Officer, Training Pathways and Engagement Team. There is an expectation the Senior Field Officer may support a range of activities within the North Queensland Regional office across program areas including training regulation; training pathways and engagement; delivering programs and providing services within the Department's small business portfolio responsibility and corporate support and governance.
