About the role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Framework Group you will be responsible for:
* Managing the full recruiting lifecycle & helping clients find, hire & retain quality talent.
* Working closely with clients to gain a full & comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs for each position.
* Conducting business development activities for new clients and also existing clients.
* Conducting shortlisting & interviewing of potential candidates.
* Planning, creating & releasing job adverts, descriptions & announcements to source candidates through various job boards, social networks & platforms.
