Based in the stunning green landscape of Farm Vigano and Whittlesea, you’ll be inspired and motivated to:Provide effective individual and centre wide communication to participants, family and carersCreate a positive environment for all participantsProvide direct supervision and performance management to Disability Instructors and Personal Care Attendant that encourage individual commitment and accountability with a focus on results of annual plans and DPV Health key performance indicators.Identify opportunities to enhance the financial sustainability of Centre-Based ServicesDPV Health’s Disability Services are run by skilled teams of experts who tailor support plans to suit the persons individuals needs and provide ongoing programs and support to achieve the participant’s goals.
