Job Title: Team Leader – Clinical Pharmacy
About the Role
The Department of Health, Community, Mental Health & Wellbeing, CMHW - Tasmanian Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader – Clinical Pharmacy to join our team at the Royal Hobart Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as an expert in clinical pharmacy services, providing advice and support across a range of clinical pharmacy issues to internal and external stakeholders.
* Participate as a member of the Tasmanian clinical pharmacy management team and lead the design, operation, and evaluation of clinical pharmacy services, policy review, training, and project work as required.
* Supervise pharmacy teams, including direction of work priorities and practices, monitoring workflow, staff management, professional supervision, performance appraisal, and implementing training programs.
* Lead, initiate, and participate in the development and monitoring of policies and standard operating procedures for clinical pharmacy services.

The Royal Hobart Hospital is Tasmania's largest tertiary referral centre, with a comprehensive clinical pharmacy team comprising specialist pharmacists, rotational pharmacists, and leadership roles. Requirements
Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia. Desirable requirements include a current Driver's Licence, recognition at either Registrar or Consultant level with the Australian & New Zealand College of Advanced Pharmacy (ANZCAP) in a relevant discipline, or a relevant postgraduate qualification in pharmacy and/or management.
