Become a trusted member of the inner circle of this well-known corporation, with your own car park in Milton!About the RoleYou will be supporting two genuine and highly respected Executives, where 70% of your time will be devoted to providing Executive Assistant support the Director of the Family Office, while 30% of your time will involve providing Personal Assistant support to the Global CEO; through managing his busy life and personal affairs. This role will work separately to (while still collaborating with) the Executive Assistant to the Global CEO, who provides support relating to his board and CEO commitments. This Executive Assistant to the Global CEO will also be an incredible mentor to you where you will also step in to act in their role as needed. A fantastic chance to expand your career! The start/finish times of this role are relatively flexible and being contactable on email and phone for any urgent enquiries after hours would also be required.With continually changing priorities of both personal and business nature, you will be valued for your prioritising skills and efficiency to meet deadlines within tight time frames. You will be flexible in diverting and shifting your focus, to meet those changing priorities.Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): Manage and facilitate the scheduling of diaries, activities and appointments.Manage all communication channels and determine priorities and action required to coordinate responses.Ensure the Director is properly prepared for meetings/commitments and has all relevant documentation.Proof-reading outgoing business documents and making necessary changes including formatting changes to ensure all documents are of a high quality.Coordinating meetings, taking minutes during meetings and following up on actions.In collaboration with Management preparing presentations for meetings.Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements including liaison with providers, bookings, itineraries, receipts, reconciliation & maintenance of related records.Coordinate functions, meetings and eventsAbout YouFactors that will ensure your success include your previous experience in Personal and Executive Assistant support within a large organisation; advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and exceptional interpersonal skills. Your strong organisation skills and high attention are also essential.
