We now have the following positions available in our main kitchen.
Qualified Chef- Full Time/Permanent
Responsibilities include:
* Performing all food preparation and cooking duties
* Working across all sections of the kitchen including grills, pans, and fryers
* Ensuring consistency and portion control is adhered to
* Working in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene to exceed food safety standards
* General kitchen cleaning duties as required
Essential skills required:
* Certificate IV is Commercial Cookery (and/or higher)
* Proven experience in a large high-volume commercial kitchen
* Experience in food preparation and plating up.
