You are not alone!Professional Development: You'll have a professional development plan to help you enhance your skills in a way that works for you so you can continue to progress your career.Competitive Pay: 30% above award rates + super for your expertise and time.Team Culture: Our team is our work family; we have weekly meetings, shared lunch breaks, social events and work in a transparent, respectful and supportive environment.What you'll be doingIndependent end-to-end management of accounts receivable and accounts payable.Managing personnel compliance and payroll.Managing team schedules so that all team members are meeting their client booking KPIs.Managing the administrative functions of the practice.Developing and nurturing relationships with all Remarkable Speech and Movement team and clients to ensure a first-class client experience is felt at each stage of the client journey.Proactively creating, reviewing and updating of policies and procedures to ensure WHS and NDIS Quality Safeguards and Standards compliance.Assisting the Director to analyse practice data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.What we're looking forMinimum 3 years of experience in an administration/management role, preferably in a private healthcare practice.Excellent organisational (and multitasking) skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on creating efficient and effective solutions.Remarkable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the clinical team and liaise with external stakeholders.Proficient in the use of client management software (preferably Halaxy), Xero, Microsoft Office.A proven track record of driving process improvements and enhancing practice performance.Preferably, you would have an understanding of healthcare compliance including privacy and confidentiality, the NDIS, and industry best practices.About usRemarkable Speech and Movement is a small but growing speech pathology service.
