Randstad is currently recruiting an Bookkeeper for a leading Advisory Firm. It's a fast paced, driven and collaborative environment, working in the finance division, where the colleagues are engaged, aware, friendly and value encouraging ideas.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Document preparation and editing
2. Filing and scanning
3. Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner
4. Data entry for clients using various accounting software packages
5. Processing of Payroll for clients using various accounting software packages
6. Preparation of Business Activity Statement, Instalment Activity Statements, Super Guarantee, Lodgements, Taxable Payments Activity Reports
7. Follow up client for outstanding documents
8. Other adhoc duties as required
Skill:
9. SAP Experience is essential
10. Minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping
11. High attention to detail
12. Excellent computer, literacy, and numeracy skills
13. Friendly and approachable personality
14. Willingness to learn.
15. Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks.
16. Ability to take ownership of your role and demonstrate accountability and reliability.
17. Works well in a team environment.
