You'll support the Store Manager at our Rockingham store to lead your team and create an engaging store experience.
It's all about spreading energy and imagination, delivering exceptional service to customers of all ages.
This Part Time role requires availability over weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life
You'll assist in leading your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Provide coaching and feedback to help your team grow and succeed.
Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and promotional changes.
Support the Store Manager in ensuring the store is safe, well-organised, and running smoothly.
What You'll Bring
* Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience.
* Possession of excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to inspire and coach your team to reach their potential.
* Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage stock effectively.
* Visual merchandising experience is preferred but not essential.
