Manufacturing Quality Administration/Document Control Superior Energy Services (Australia) Pty Ltd – Wurruk VIC Superior Energy Services (Australia) Ltd (SESA) are Australia's largest Hydraulic Work Over and Snubbing Services provider, with 40 years of experience.SESA provides a portfolio of On and Offshore Service and Manufacturing solutions so clients can meet their goals.The Role: Collect, catalogue, and distribute technical and commercial information from a variety of internal and external sources to meet the information needs of management and customers.Support the operating activities of company's Manufacturing activities.Maintain Project Files with all relevant supporting documents; start to completion.Raise new projects (utilising D365 Project Management), job cards and relevant paperwork for each job card.Raise new Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) for each project.Update weekly job status reports for clients and management team.Ensure all relevant signatures are obtained from Supervisors on Work Instructions, ITPs, and other manufacturing documents.Prepare MDR Packages in compliance with template, including relevant documentation such as Material Certs, NDT Reports, ITP's and issue to client upon completion of job.Liaise with subcontractors for the completion and supply of MDR documentation.Maintain MDR Register.Prepare and finalise test reports.Utilise clients preferred document control program – uploading of MDR / new project documentation.Weld Procedures – record.Welder Qualification Records – update / renew weld test qualifications (reports / documentation).
