This is an ongoing position, supporting two senior leaders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. THE ROLE As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level support to two senior MDs across the Information Technology and Risk sectors. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and a proactive approach to managing competing priorities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively manage complex diaries, travel, and accommodation across multiple time zones. Coordinate and organise extensive international travel, ensuring seamless itineraries. Build strong relationships with the Leadership Team and stakeholders across global offices. Draft communications, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executives. Organise and prepare for meetings, including managing logistics, creating documents, and taking minutes. Coordinate key team meetings – on and off site Event organisation Reconcile expenses, process invoice payments, and manage MD finances. Refine and maintain internal processes for greater efficiency. ABOUT YOU To excel in this role, you must have worked as an Executive Assistant, and supported at a C-Suite, Managing Director or Senior Executive level. Experience in a 1:2 role would be ideal. A minimum of 5 years' experience as an EA supporting senior executives. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels. Experience managing financial tasks for senior executives (e.g., MD finances, timesheets et) A high degree of discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential matters. Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure. Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. WHY JOIN US?
