About the role
A great nurse is more than just providing clinical care – it's about making a difference in people's lives. Your daily tasks will include:
* Delivering comprehensive individual assessments and care plans for our residents
* Ensuring timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
* Providing leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers, promoting a holistic team approach
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration
* Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
* The ability to build rapport with our residents, their families, and visitors
