Seeking organised and proactive Service Coordinator to schedule, plan and control Service Technician projects and service calls. Located in Port Adelaide, we are seeking a highly organised Service Coordinator to plan and schedule our team of Service Technicians. Experience with CRM and Field Service Management business systems is highly desirable. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Respond to all service calls, book customer service requests, and coordinate technicians for service agreements, calibrations, installations, and breakdowns. Work collectively with the service team to strategically plan and organise local and intrastate service jobs for the Service Technicians. Establish strong rapport with customers, suppliers, and managers to provide advice on the best approaches, methods, and timings for scheduled work. Assist with the training and mentoring of staff by providing regular and ongoing feedback with a motivated, positive attitude. Closely monitor customer service reports, time sheets, invoices, and expense reports associated with Service Staff and Customers for compliance and accuracy. Promptly manage and resolve issues associated with compliance of local, state, and federal government legislation as it applies to electrical and measurement trades, and quality assurance standards. Maintain and assist in growing our contract and customer database. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Outstanding customer service skills, a positive and can-do attitude with strong accuracy and attention to detail in completing and following through on all service and reporting requirements. Comfortable dealing with, and experienced in, technical service coordination and successfully liaising with tradespeople. Experience using D365 CRM and Field Service Management business systems is highly desirable. Possess a strong work ethic, be a strong team player, and have a commitment to both individual and team goal achievements. Strong level of interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal), combined with excellent time management and coordinating skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Possess high-level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. This position will be busy, varied, and challenging.
