Requirements:
* Education/Experience: A Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (or related field) and 5-10 years of relevant experience.
* Technical Skills: Expertise in pig production, technical sales, and market knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac environments.
* Sales & Leadership: A strong ability to develop new business, exceed sales goals, and provide leadership and coaching to junior team members.
* Travel: Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently within your East Coast territory (including overnight stays).
* Personal Attributes: Teamwork, creativity, problem-solving, strong customer service focus, time management, ethics, and leadership.
