Focusing on delivering services and influential relationships with the team, communities and customers, it requires a visionary leader who can oversee day to day cropping operations whilst strategically guiding the company's growth through meeting customer's needs.You will be responsible for all aspects of farming operations, commodity handling and asset improvement which includes:Maximising the customer's valueManagement of land and equipment assetsTeam leadership and developmentFinancial managementThe PersonWe are particularly interested in speaking to you if you possess the following experience, key skills and attributes:Successful track record in operational leadership within the agricultural or farming sectorExceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams, fostering a positive work environmentExperience in managing customer relationships, building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional serviceStrong understanding of modern farming practices, grain handling including sustainable principlesProficiency in agricultural technology including precision agriculture, farm management software and data analyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision makingExcellent financial acumen including budget management, cost control and performance analysisThis is a rare opportunity to get involved with leading a diversified agricultural innovative business that provides stability and long-term growth to achieve what hasn't been done before.
