Our client, a dynamic digital agency, is seeking a skilled Digital Strategist to drive e-commerce success for a variety of clients.
In this role, you will develop and implement digital strategies that enhance website performance, improve conversion rates, and ensure a seamless user experience across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Develop tailored e-commerce strategies to meet the specific business goals of clients.
Take ownership of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) efforts to drive increased user engagement and conversions.
Lead audits, A/B testing, and other optimization techniques to enhance website performance.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to implement effective, user-friendly design solutions.
Analyse key metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all things digital.
Key Requirements: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy, CRO, or web development.
Proven track record with A/B testing, CRO tools (like Google Optimize, Hotjar, VWO), and UX best practices.
Strong experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce or BigCommerce.
An analytical mindset with the ability to optimize digital experiences based on data insights.
Strong communication skills with a client-first approach to digital consultancy.
