Responsibilities: Oversee the performance of buy-side and sell-side due diligence for M&A transactions, IPO engagements (as Investigating Accountants), and other ad hoc advisory projects for both corporate and private equity clients, Plan assignments by identifying potential engagement risks and developing the appropriate strategy in collaboration with Managers and Partners, Review and analyze financial statements and other relevant financial data, Prepare and assess detailed financial analyses to highlight key business drivers and performance indicators, Draft clear and concise due diligence reports, including executive summaries, Be responsible for providing coaching, mentoring, and training to team members, while actively participating in business development, networking. Key Skills: Extensive experience in an accounting/auditing environment, with a strong background in transaction due diligence and a deep understanding of preparing and interpreting financial statements, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent report writing and presentation abilities, A critical thinker with strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills, combined with a high level of commercial awareness and professional judgment, Well-developed organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage competing priorities, Proficient in IT, with advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
