We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SMB Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts, driving business growth, and maximizing sales opportunities in the region.
What does a successful Account Executive do at Keepit?
Identify and prospect new small business (SMB) customers through various channels, including cold calling, inbound leads, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering compelling sales presentations.
Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of Keepit's data protection solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, presentations, and campaigns targeted at the SMB market.
Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure the best solution is delivered to the customer.
Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales management team.
Proactively maintain an up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce.
Reach and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and contribute to lead generation campaigns.
Travel occasionally as needed for company meetings, conferences, and customer meetings.
If you have...
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement software is a plus.
Passion for technology and understanding of the SMB landscape in ANZ.
