Our newest Creative Writer will play a vital role in the development of creative ideas and solutions for our clients.Your Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate, Ideate, Write and assist in the production of audio commercials across multiple platforms.Effectively present ideas internally and externally.Maintain workflow of cases and processes within Salesforce and MS Teams.Oversee the production of commercials and adherence to advertising industry regulations, codes and standards adopted by the Media Council of Australia, Commercial Radio Australia and any voluntary codes adopted from time to time by the industry or SCA.Writing promotional credit lines/doing voice over work when required.Assisting with the development of marketing strategies.Liaise with Media Sales Executives and clients throughout all stages of the commercial production process.Build and maintain strong relationships with employees within Southern Cross Austereo and key accounts/agencies.Attend client meetings and presentations if required, at various SCA locations, client/station promotions and events, internal meetings and training and functions (internal and external).Maintain confidentiality of client's proposals, promotions and advertising by not disclosing to any other person the value or structure of bookings placed by the client at the Station, or any other information which could be considered to be reasonably disadvantageous to the operations of the team or SCA.Discover emerging technology in order to create leading edge audio immersive experiences e.g. 3D audio, podcasting.Be proactive in educating the market and internal stakeholders on creative effectiveness and best practice through our learnings.Effectively and efficiently manage workflow and provide updates and feedback as necessary to the Creative Director.What We're Looking For1 year successful audio writing experience is desired (but not essential).1 year customer focused background is desired.Thorough working knowledge of all relevant rules and regulations, or a willingness to learn all industry requirements.Basic computer skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.Our ValuesWe're Better TogetherPeople are our PowerAlways CuriousWe Push Doors OpenBe GenuineWant to Join Our Team?Apply now by submitting your resume via our Careers Page.
