Role: With 94.6 % Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patient cohort and working with family's across the lifespan, you will provide culturally appropriate care to the Gippsland Aboriginal community in the form off 15-20 minute appointments. With a focus on Chronic disease, diabetes, AOD and health education, you would ideally have experience in working in collaboration with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island consumers.
Working in a close knit, community lead organisation you are well supported with on site pathology, 2 RN immunization qualified Nurses, a chronic care nurse, multiple reception staff, medical drivers and an Aboriginal health practitioner.
Essential Criteria:
1. AHPRA Registration - General or Specialist Registration
2. Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency
3. Aboriginal Health experience or keen interest essential
The package:
4. Salaried position $1,000 - $1,500 per 8 hr day
