About the Role
As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll play an integral part in driving growth through business development activities and processing and assessing loans. You'll work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
This role is not just about lending – you'll also develop strong working relationships within the branch and provide leadership alongside the Branch Manager to deliver great holistic outcomes for customers.
Community involvement and interest are essential, as you may be required to attend out-of-hours community events.

* Has experience in consumer lending and assessing customer needs.
* Can drive business growth through customer acquisition and quality referrals.
* Has a demonstrated history of achieving strong sales results.
* Demonstrates highly developed relationship building skills.
* Is willing to be involved with local community engagement activities.
* Displays the people skills to succeed in a leadership and mentoring role.
* Can effectively communicate with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
