About Our Equipment Service Team
The Equipment Service Team is responsible for the installation and servicing of our equipment for valued customers. This includes but is not limited to: installation, servicing, quality assurance, preventative maintenance of our wide range of equipment.
Key Responsibilities of the EQS Field & Workshop Service Team Manager:
* Support the CCEP Sales teams in driving revenue and growth in the CCEP business by maximizing equipment uptime of our equipment.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
* Provide high-quality service by ensuring equipment is repaired on the first visit.
* Adhere to standard processes and correct use of IT tools.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 3 years' experience in FMCG or similar industry controlling a field service team.
* Electrical Qualification with understanding of QLD Legislation.
* Business Systems Aptitude - SAP Knowledge.
* Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
* Business administration and personal organisation skills.
* Experience dealing with multiple priorities.
* Proven relationship management experience, particularly working collaboratively and cross-functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
* Agile ways of working and ability to prioritise multiple initiatives/resources.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic with ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.
* Excellent time management and organisational capabilities.
