You will be working with a group of highly successful and experienced commercial agents as well as analysts and senior administration and marketing professionals. Our clients include high net worth private investors, developers and syndicators together with large ASX listed companies.
The Role
We are seeking a bi-lingual (English/Mandarin) sales agent who is energetic, hungry and motivated to become successful.
This is an opportunity to elevate yourself well beyond what is considered average.
Your previous experience is irrelevant. We will hire based on your potential that we can identify.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to property enquiries and organise property inspections
* Manage existing client relationships
* Generate new business and identify business opportunities
* Assist with campaign launches
* Negotiate sale offers and finalise contracts
* Provide market research and analysis
* Attend industry events to increase brand awareness and network with potential clients
Requirements of You
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Mandarin & English, as well as strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analysis
* Competent with the Microsoft Suite, primarily Excel and Word
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
* Understanding of and passion for the commercial real estate industry and market trends
* Team player to fit in with our collaborative and supportive business structure
* Outstanding attention to detail and a high level of numeracy skills
* Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
* Professionally presented with a strong customer service attitude
* Fast learner
Skills and Experience
* Business or Property related university degree
* Agents Representative Certificate is essential
