The Opportunity:We have an opportunity available for an Integrated Solutions Manager to join our Go-To-Market team. This is a full-time opportunity and can be based out of our Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth, or Brisbane offices.This role focuses on sustainability and will activate the firm's market strategy and sustainability-focused integrated solutions. You will take the lead on developing our sustainability market strategy and its delivery, together with the Sustainability Market Leader and Steer-Co. You will also play a pivotal role in driving our sustainability integrated solutions concepts.This is a unique opportunity to deliver strategy through to execution and will bring together the insights of a subject matter expert with practical market strategy development and business development execution experience.About you:The successful candidate will have:Proven track record in impactful value proposition development.Developing intuitive win strategies across multiple service areas with a winning track record for major pursuits.Strong written communication and ability to synthesize complex ideas into simplified, client-centric language.Known as a "connector" of people, ideas, intelligence.Natural "galvaniser" with strong influencing skills across a diverse and senior stakeholder group.Strong understanding of campaign economics, including budget creation and management.Strong project management capabilities.Strong commercial acumen.Security Clearance:The successful candidate must be able to obtain and/or maintain a security clearance at Baseline Vetting Level. You must be willing to disclose all relevant and required information. You must be an Australian citizen and have lived in Australia, or have a checkable background, for at least the preceding five years for Baseline Vetting clearances.
