We are a Tourist/Caravan Park in far North Qld. We are a seasonal park, typically fully booked during May, June, July, August, and September. During the peak season, we have anywhere from 10 to 30 check-ins a day. We have a small number of cabins and unpowered sites, with the park primarily consisting of powered sites. Our team handles all gardening, amenities, and cabin cleaning duties.The park does not have a kids' room or play area, but we do have a pool. Our office includes a tour desk selling a variety of local tours. The manager's home is on-site and linked to the main office.Who Would You Work With and Report ToWe are looking for full-time live-in managers (couples preferred) with part-time and casual staff working throughout the year. We conduct monthly sales and expense budget meetings, reporting directly to the owners.What We Are Looking ForWe seek full-time live-in managers who are fit, honest, and computer-savvy. Ideally, we prefer a couple currently serving as assistant managers at a larger park or existing managers who understand caravan park operations and wish to advance to a managerial role.Experience with our booking system, Newbook, or similar systems is highly regarded.Who Are YouYou should be a very fit, motivated, honest couple with a can-do attitude who does not mind getting their hands dirty in this hands-on role.What We Offer as a Remuneration Package / ContractYou will work around 40 hours per week per person, primarily on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The combined wage for the managers (2 people) is around $110-$130k per annum, depending on the applicants' experience, plus superannuation and annual leave, ideally taken from January to April.
