Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, the role is to create strategic change plans, focusing on benefit realization and to ensure business readiness to adopt the change.We are seeking a Change Manager for a 6-month Fixed term contract role:Preferably with Global Teams experience, Cantonese speakingDomain knowledge in Superannuation, Pensions & Administration with an added bonus of Hong Kong local regulatory/legislative experienceLocation: Open to Parramatta and Melbourne based candidatesKey Accountabilities and Main ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain a change management capability which supports the project delivery processDevelop agreed list of change management artefacts which will support the delivery of a seamless program for the varied levels of change within the businessWork with stakeholders to understand business impacts and use this as the foundation for the impact assessment planCreate, deliver or facilitate a communication plan, considering the use of different types and combinations of channels to all effectively reach impacted stakeholdersManage and deliver agreed change management program within the agreed timeframesEngage business readiness to help manage and deliver the change management program within agreed timelines and to help measure success.Facilitate change management meetings with assigned working groups/representativesWork with Learning & Development for the successful delivery of training programs for assigned changesReporting – provide enterprise and client reporting within a regular and agreed timeframe.Deliver regular Change Management updates to the portfolio and be instrumental in the process of prioritising change pipelinesPromote a culture of risk awareness and proactive identification of potential issues.Contribute to the review of initiative successes through participation in Post Implementation Reviews and tracking value of changeProfessionally represent MUFG Retirement Solutions in client meetings, external and industry forumsPromote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality in line with MUFG Retirement Solutions core values.Experience & Personal AttributesMinimum 5 years’ experience as a Change Manager in project-based environments who can manage through ambiguity, resistance, drive visibility, collaborative plans, transition from project to standard operating practiceExperience launching new region, systems & operational lens - pragmatic readiness approach and action planning. Someone who can storytell and build the direction, then deliver itCore Change Management skills (pragmatic) - Kotter/ Adkar at a minimum.
