With an office conveniently in the SE Suburb of Melbourne, they and are now on the lookout for a Service Coordinator to join their team in Mulgrave.
The opportunity:
We are seeking a Service Cooridnator rejoin our client on an initial 6 month contract. This posistion as the potential to grow into a full time, permanent roles based on performance.
In this role, the primary expectations involve effectively managing incoming calls and emails by triaging them to the appropriate department for swift resolution. Additionally, responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling technicians for onsite work to address service requests efficiently. Another crucial aspect is the selection and ordering of spare parts necessary for repairs, ensuring a smooth workflow. Following up on completed service orders is essential, involving thorough monitoring of faults, repairs, and quotations to ensure customer satisfaction. Weekly monitoring of open service orders allows for proactive management, collaborating closely with technicians or departments to take appropriate action. Furthermore, providing administrative support as needed completes the role's diverse set of responsibilities, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the service operation.

* Ability to manage time, priortiise and multitask
* Enthusiastic, task focused, team player
* Experience and knowledge of systems, programs such as SAP and other Office applications would be desirable
