We are seeking an administrator to ensure the smooth operation of customer orders, concrete batching, and deliveries for a national supplier company on the Gold Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming enquiries and orders with great customer service
* Taking orders and ensuring correct batches and concrete designs are inputted correctly into the system
* Tracking jobs, scheduling deliveries, and updating movements accordingly
* Communicating with other depots and drivers to ensure schedules and service accuracy
* Data entry and general administration tasks
* Assisting with operational improvements
Ideal Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage and build relationships with clients, customers, and stakeholders
* Strong administration skills
* Highly organized with outstanding time management skills and strong attention to detail
* Confident using computers and learning new systems
Working Conditions:
This is an ongoing temporary role with high possibility of permanency for the right candidate. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm.
