The role & responsibilities:
We are looking for a Store Leader who is eager to accelerate in their career to oversee a passionate team at The Athlete’s Foot Armidale Store. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader who is keen to progress in their retail career. The right candidate will work closely with their Store Manager on driving high performing and successful people, performance, and operations initiatives. The opportunity will also include involvement in local community activations, partnering with sporting events and managing relationships with health care professionals that we work with. This is not your normal retail role with a lot of work happening “outside the four walls” of the stores to drive brand growth. This is a part-time role, based on 22.5 hours per week on a Thursday-Sunday roster.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Demonstrated experience as a full-time/senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor or 3IC
* A motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
* A passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed
* A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPI’s and targets
* Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
