Responsible for administrative needs of the organization including the design and establishment of new processes and workflows.Support the workload and outputs of the finance team to ensure financial processes and records are maintained and delivered in an accurate and timely manner including:Timely payment of accounts payableProduction and distribution of invoices for services renderedManagement of accounts receivablesGeneral ledger and bank reconciliations on a frequent basis ensuring that all accounts reconcileMaintain Fixed asset registerMonitoring of the accounts email account and main phone linePreparation of the PAYG employee payroll remittances to the Australian Tax Office and superannuation payments as prescribed by the Australian Taxation Office.Preparation of the monthly Business Activity Statement (BAS) as prescribed by the Australian Taxation OfficePayroll services including payroll systems, maintenance of employee databases and entitlements, and the management of Fringe Benefits as they relate to employee entitlements and employer requirements.Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of payroll for all staff each weekMaintain accurate long service leave, annual leave and personal leave liabilities and report high balances to the CEOComplete and distribute year end Payment Summaries to staffRespond to queries from staff and NDIS participantsParticipate in the end of year financial auditAssist CFO to obtain relevant financial information, advice and modelling to support business unit reporting, growth proposals and forward planning.Ensure that NDIS funding relevant to each participant’s plan is claimed as per the NDIS price guide and internal guidelines.Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.Ensure assets are appropriately valued and registered.Proactively identify areas for administrative improvement across the organization and take the initiative to design and implement new processes/workflows/systems.Proactively assist with new organizational wide initiatives and help coordinate amongst teams/departments and staff.Assist with other areas of the organization where there are short term need/stress points.
