Responsibilities:
o Comprehensive Assessments and Reports
o NDIS Reports
o Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients across the lifespan of all cultural backgrounds
o Maintaining accurate and confidential client records
o Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure integrated care
o Participating in clinical supervision and professional development activities
o Adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards
o Create therapy plans for Speech Pathology Allied Health Assistants to follow & manage their progress
o Train the next generation of Speech Pathologists in our AHA role!
Qualifications and Requirements:
o Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
o Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in various therapeutic modalities
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients
o Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
o Reliable, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client care
o Current Working with Children Check
o National Police Clearance
o COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
o Experience working with diverse populations is highly desirable
o ABN
o Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
