* Collaborate with the Data Science Practice and senior leadership to advance our AI talent strategy.
* Work in partnerships with business stakeholders and HR teams to bolster CommBank.ai strategy through engaging talent and people experience initiatives.
About the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO):
The CDAO is responsible for shaping and delivering an integrated and consistent approach to the Group's data, analytics, and data science capability.
Your Impact:
In this newly created role as the Data Science Practice Talent & People Experience Manager, you will support strategic initiatives across high-profile AI business areas, including the Data Science Practice and broader Decision Science.
Key Qualifications:
* Experience across Organisation Development discipline
* Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing complex projects, particularly in a technical environment
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on talent development
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and an ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, and stakeholders across all levels to deliver strong outcomes
