We're always looking for committed, talented people who want to help create better experiences for businesses and customers.Together we can create Australia's leading buying, selling, saving and giving experiences every day.About the RoleWe are looking for a Product Manager to lead our product strategy to scale our Gift Card platforms business and enable multiple sales channels across our B2B, B2C and external partner integrations. In this role, you will play an integral part and support the Senior Product Manager in defining a unified direction across all Gift Card competences - from sales across eCom partner channels, through to the external Distribution network, and post-purchase capabilities and experiences.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a transferable set of product management skills across the core lenses of the customer, commercial and technical. They will own the full end to end journey of the value provided by the Gift Card platform and need a balanced view to ensure the product is supportable and scalable while rich in functionality.What You'll DoDevelop and deliver on 12-month product roadmaps, quarterly objectives that align with Wpay's vision, product strategy and key results for squads, ensuring alignment with the business vision and strategic roadmap.Oversee the squads that deliver the product including end to end planning, initiative delivery from ideation to launch and management of risks, whilst collaborating across multiple stakeholders and technology teams.Understand customer needs through research, market analysis, data, and customer feedback, and maintaining a high level plan and efficient prioritisation of the roadmap to balance product capability, regulatory and compliance, technical debt and commercial trade-offs.Facilitate communication and reporting to leadership teams on the product agenda and prioritisation of product initiatives.Work with vendors and partners to enable desired product outcomes; supporting merchant / client enablement through integration with the platform.What You'll Bring+5 years of Product Management (Growing and Scaling) experience, with a proven track record of managing Product Roadmaps, and incremental Customer, Business and Technology benefits.Knowledge of common agile product management, testing and analytics tools (JIRA, Confluence, Digital analytics platforms, etc)Customer-first mindset, innovative thinking and demonstrated problem-solving skills.Demonstrated experience managing and leading teams, influencing and leading at all levels within the organisationExcellent organisational and time management skills, along with solid written and verbal communication/presentation skills.Good understanding of gift card processing including product catalogues, gift card order and activation, fulfilment processing, and swaggers to document APIs are all highly desirable skills.What You'll ExperienceTeam discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands and a robust rewards program.A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline.A progressive and flexible 'work from anywhere' policy that allows you to harmonise work, life and your wellbeing.Parental Leave provisions and various leave types, including but not limited to Study Leave and Sports Representation Leave.A range of programs to help you prioritise and manage your well-being, including 24/7 access to the Sonder app.Joining the GroupAs an inclusive, team-first company, our people are at the core of everything we do.
