Through tailored rehabilitation programs, pain management, and fall prevention strategies, they help seniors move with confidence and maintain their quality of life. Working closely with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams, they ensure each resident receives personalised, compassionate care.As a Physiotherapist, you will:Develop and implement tailored physiotherapy care plans to promote mobility and independence among residents.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.Maintain physiotherapy equipment to ensure safety and functionality.Participate in case conferences and contribute to staff training programs.What you can bring to the teamAt our Bribie Island Residential Aged Care facility, we’re looking for a compassionate Physiotherapist to help enhance the mobility and overall quality of life for our beloved senior residents.
