They are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in CRM implementation work on an enterprise-wide project. Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Analyst who has CRM implementation experience, including, mapping, value chain analysis, and analytics to drive business requirements and improve processes. Key Responsibilities: CRM Experience: Someone who has worked on end-to-end CRM implementation projects within Financial Services, from inception to delivery. Mapping Relationships: Conduct comprehensive mapping of Broker, BDM, and Aggregator relationships. Identify key stakeholders, their interactions, and the impact these relationships have on our business processes and outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to gather requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements. Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation of business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications. Ensure all documentation is clear, well-organized, and accessible to all relevant stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for efficiency gains and better alignment of processes with business objectives. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services industry, with strong experience in CRM implementations. Expertise in mapping Broker, BDM, and Aggregator relationships, with the ability to understand and articulate the dynamics of these relationships within a financial context. Strong analytical skills, with experience in leading analytic projects and converting data into actionable business insights. Familiarity with value chain analysis and the ability to leverage it for defining business requirements.
