ABOUT THE ROLE: JRM Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sous Chef for a premium catering company in Sydney's Inner West .

As Senior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in executing high-quality bespoke events, from intimate gatherings of 10 guests to large-scale functions of up to 200.
This hands-on role offers the chance to work with a talented team, using top-tier ingredients and equipment to create outstanding menus.
About the role: Oversee the production of mise-en-place for functions ranging from 10 to 200 guests, ensuring flawless food quality and presentation.
Work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to develop menus, plan production, and manage kitchen operations.
Lead and mentor a team, ensuring time efficiency in production and ensuring all mise-en-place is to spec.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation at all times, especially when on site.
Bring your creative input to the role and collaborate on bespoke events.
About you: Previous experience in premium catering and/or fine dining busy venues.
A hands-on approach with strong leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining precision and quality.
A passion for delivering outstanding food and service.
